Sorry about the delay folks, for I lost the password to the site. But since I finally remembered, let’s get this back on! 1st off, a HUGE thank you to all of you who came to the show!! I speak for everyone who was there when I say WOW. Just WOW. From the 1st gathering to the show, from Scotty’s outside show ( The music filled the streets of downtown Indianapolis) to the after party. Just one big nerdy ball of joy!
2nd thanks goes to the tireless effort of my helpers thru the con. Corey,misty, and Bret, without your endless driving and question answering, the show would of never been a reality.

More music!!!!! More artists!!!! More shows!!!!!! We have shown Gencon that Nerdcore is here to stay. Now its time to blow the roof off of the place!!!!!
There will also be a special kickstarter for the event full of tickets to the show/s and Gencon, gifts, and some very VERY special prizes!!!!! I will keep in touch and let everyone know! But, for now, Walking Dead is on, so I must go!!!
WTF IS NES
Nerdcore music is on the rise, exploding in epic proportions over the last five years. Mixing Hip Hop, Rock, and Electronic sounds, it is infused with lyrics that are powered-up by the geekier things in life: Gaming, comics, anime, computers, you name it. Scrub Club Records, a not-for-profit muisc label from the Midwest, is proud to present to you a large portion of the biggest talent in the genre.
Nerdcore Entertainment Showcase isn’t just a concert, it’s an adventure from start to finish including energetic music, unbeatable performances, lots of crowd participation, and free goodies. Even in its first year, it is sure to be one of the most talked about events at Gen Con. Best of all – the show is totally FREE with the purchase of your Gen Con badge! All of the artists that are performing will also be at the convention all weekend signing autographs, hanging out, and beating you in fighting games. Being your ears and bring your game playing skills, because Scrub Club is about to invade Gen Con!
Artists featured during this event: Dr. Awkward, MadHatter, ZeaLouS1, Deafinition, King Pheenix, Krondor Krew, POWERLIFTER, Shammers, and Untested Methods. The party will be from 11pm to 2am with a geeky afterparty to be announced!
Gen Con, “The Best Four Days In Gaming,” is August 5th-8th, 2010 in Indianapolis, Indiana. It features tabletop games, miniature games, trading card games, WoW championships, fantasy, science fiction, artwork, anime, board games, video games, cosplay, movies, and much, much more… That’s just a slice of the experience.
And now, Scrub Club Records is bringing music into the mix.
